Prof. Frank Best, Ph.D.

As of April 2013, Prof. Best was appointed Professor in Business Administration with a focus on International Management at the HTWG Konstanz. From 2014 to 2023, he served as the acting Dean of Studies for the Bachelor's program in Business Administration and the Master's program in Business Management, and as Vice Dean for the Department of Business, Cultural and Legal Studies.

Prof. Best is an active member of Scientists for Future and contributed as an Expert Reviewer to the Synthesis Report of the IPCC AR6. He is a sought-after speaker at events and conferences. His lecture topics include, among others:

Prof. Best studied Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Mechanical Engineering at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Germany and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) in Trondheim, Norway. He completed his Ph.D. with highest honors (Summa cum laude) at the Chair of Industrial and Hospital Management at the University of Münster (WWU).

Following this, he worked with the French Saint-Gobain Group in the flat glass sector for 10 years, ultimately serving as the Regional Manager for Northern Europe for solar glass, overseeing four production sites and approximately 180 employees.
